This year has brought a lot of changes for me. After 7 wonderfully intense, fun, and life changing years, I have decided to close The Yoga & Wellness Rooms. It feels like a huge but necessary change for me personally, but I know that lots of people are going to miss the lovely buzz of the centre. Including me. I also know that this part of my life needs to change, and so I am really excited for the next chapter of teaching and learning and offering classes and therapies that I haven't really had time for in the last few years. It feels like I'm heading back to the roots of why I started teaching in the first place. And that feels really special. Watch this space for classes running as usual but in a different venue, with an extra dollop of redirected energy from me. Lynne x

Class Info: All classes are 70 minutes long and are a hatha yoga practice including asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practise), relaxation and meditation. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. You can start as a complete beginner and equally if you are more experienced you can practise at a stronger pace,  as I offer continual variations and adaptations of pretty much all of the postures.  If you have any specific injuries, conditions or worries, it is essential that you get in touch with me in advance of your first class so that I can ensure I am teaching you safely.

THE YOGA & WELLNESS ROOMS ARE CLOSING END OF 2025

In 2018 I opened The Yoga & Wellness Rooms which has been a dream of mine for a long time. After 7 wonderful (and intense and hard and exciting and happy) years, it is with great sadness and huge excitement (it can be both right?) that I am closing the Yoga & Wellnesss Rooms at the end of 2025. There are a handful of reasons that have prompted me to make this decision, but, mostly, I know in my heart that it is now time for me to move on and refocus my attention.  My yoga teaching and nutrition & wellbeing coaching remains a huge part of my life,  and without these premises to manage, I will once again have plenty of time and energy to focus on this, my home, and my family. 

Thankyou to everyone who has attended classes, therapies, taught classes and offered counselling, therapy, pregnancy yoga, hypnobirthing, pilates, dance classes, art therapy and all of the other wonderful classes and sessions that have filled the place with joy and happiness. I'll miss it all a lot. But I know it's the right decision for me.

I have been attending Lynne's yoga classes for 4 years. I started with pregnancy yoga - I've always been active but had never done yoga before.  It was lovely and relaxing and I'm convinced was a huge factor in what an easy pregnancy I had. I then joined Mum and Baby yoga - it was lovely as a new Mum to be in a supportive environment with other Mums where I could breastfeed if I needed or just hand my baby over to Lynne for an hour! I'm sure it helped my confidence with feeding in public.  Since then I've joined a weekly class and in lockdown it's kept me sane. I haven't said much about how I love the physical benefits as I feel that goes without saying. I've done other yoga classes but none compare - Lynne has a lovely nurturing nature and even via Zoom has a way of making sure you are comfortable and happy in your practice.
