Mondays 1745-1845 Yoga for Pregnancy
My pregnancy yoga classes are specifically designed to increase and maintain comfort during this amazing time in your life. Stretching, strengthening, breathing, meditation and relaxation all help to connect and feel calm during your pregnancy, and offer the opportunity to practise some breathing and relaxation techniques for birth.

Mondays 1930-2045 Hatha Yoga
A complete hatha yoga practise including asana, pranayama, meditation and relaxation. My classes focus on gradually building strength, flexibility and stabilty without strain.Suitable for all levels of experience. Please get in touch before your first class. To book via paypal, click here

Tuesdays 1000-1100 - BringaBabyYoga
Post-natal yoga with your baby by side. Discussion, sharing tips and support, breathing practises, physical postures to aid healing and to help you restrengthen with great care and awareness of the changes your body has been through. Suitable from 6-8 weeks post-natally, or longer if there were any birth or healing complications. Please get in touch before your first class. This class is currently online. Wednesdays 1800-1915 Hatha Yoga

Saturdays 0830-0930 Dynamic Hatha Yoga
An energising morning practice. Suitable for all levels. A little stronger than my general Hatha Yoga classes. To book via paypal, click here

Dear Lovely Yoga Students,

I am ever grateful for being able to spend my time doing a job that I love. I feel lucky every day to be able to teach people who are willing to learn and are so focused and light-hearted in my classes. I’ve been teaching yoga for over twelve years now, and am so happy with how my classes have evolved and become such a big part of my life in Shoreham-by-Sea.
