I am so very excited to say that I have recently opened The Yoga and Wellness Rooms in Shoreham with the lovely Louisa Cook. Whilst I am mostly teaching and managing the classes side of The Rooms, Louisa is managing and treating people in our beautiful therapy room. If you would like to come and see us, we are located at The Old Town Hall, above Chambers (entrance to the right hand side of Chambers, Town Quay - “The Annexe”). I have been very happily teaching there since 8th October and it has been a whirlwind of amazing classes, therapies and meeting new and wonderfully talented people from the area. Classes are now running at The Shoreham Centre on Tuesday mornings at 10.30am. Booking essential. There is currently space, so email me on or call me on 07515917169 to book your place.

It’s a lovely friendly and relaxed class and a great place to make friends, re-gain strength and generally feel a bit taken care of,  with your baby by your side (pre-crawling babies only please). As my Wednesday class becomes busier and busier, I am very excited to say that I am now teaching an extra class at The Harbour Club 1930-2045. This class is suitable for all levels of practise, and although it is not a beginners class, it will have a slightly more chilled out Monday feeling. Dear Lovely Yoga Students,

I am ever grateful for being able to spend my time doing a job that I love. I feel lucky every day to be able to teach people who are willing to learn and are so focused and light-hearted in my classes. I’ve been teaching yoga for over ten years now, and am so happy with how my classes have evolved and become such a big part of my life in Shoreham.

Teaching all of you is always such a joy. And even more so when so many of you keep coming eagerly back to my classes, in spite of me being away for a while over the last two years. Over the years I have also been lucky enough to welcome a whole new group of people as my student base expands. Of course, my pregnancy yoga classes are ever changing, and it is always amazing to see people grow and become mummies within what feels like such a short space of time.

I can’t believe the final part of my treatment is done and I have been back to work for over a year. If you would like to read more about my life with MS, please go to to read more. I’ll admit I haven’t written it as regularly as I would like to have done this year, but hope to be getting some really helpful and interesting blogs up there again soon once I have had the time to create and organise myself around work and family life.

Patanjali’s yoga sutras are ancient, and yet timeless. The clear message in each sutra always takes me back to the beginning. Back to my early experiences of yoga. But now I have the pleasure and the honour of teaching it too. This makes me feel like one of the luckiest people alive…....Om shanti xxx
