Dear Lovely Yoga Students,

I am ever grateful for being able to spend my time doing a job that I love. I feel lucky every day to be able to teach people who are willing to learn and are so focused and light-hearted in my classes.

Teaching all of you is always such a joy. And even more so when so many of you keep coming eagerly back to my classes, in spite of me being away for a while over the last two years. This year I have also been lucky enough to welcome a whole new group of people as my student base expands. Of course, my pregnancy yoga classes are ever changing, and it is always amazing to see people grow and become mummies within what feels like such a short space of time.

I can’t believe the final part of my treatment is done and I have been back to work for nearly 10 months already.  If you would like to read more about my life with MS, please go to https://mymsyhouse.wordpress.com/ to read more. I’ll admit I haven’t written it as regularly as I would like to have done this year, but hope to be getting some really helpful and interesting blogs up there again soon once I have had the time to create and organise myself around work and family life.

All up-to-date class info is on my weekly classes page. I am of course on email too, so if you prefer to contact me directly get in touch here.
Look forward to seeing you in class soon

love, Lynne x

Life In My Ms-Y House

If you would like to read a blog about my experiences then please go to https://mymsyhouse.wordpress.com/. If you decide you like it and want to read it regularly, you can also sign up for email alerts.

Hello and welcome to my website.

I hope that you are able to find the information that you need to bring yoga into your life as a wonderful new experience or to continue on your existing yoga journey.

I have been teaching yoga for 10 years (practising for about twenty) and offer classes and One-2-One tuition for all abilities in and around the Shoreham area.

A regular yoga practice gives us a real opportunity to take time out, to increase strength and flexibility in our body and, most importantly, to relax our mind.

To find a yoga class suitable for you, please visit my classes page.

If you would like to get in touch, drop me a line, or call me on 07515 917169.

Sthira sukham asanam (Patanjali)...Asana is a steady, comfortable posture
Asana helps us to feel comfortable enough to sit in meditation by offering us increased flexibility, postural strength and by detoxing our bodies to remove internal bodily discomforts. This is why hatha yoga was created.

Patanjali’s yoga sutras are ancient, and yet timeless. The clear message in each sutra always takes me back to the beginning. Back to my early experiences of yoga. But now I have the pleasure and the honour of teaching it too. This makes me feel like one of the luckiest people alive…....Om shanti xxx
